Nicole was born in Toronto & moved to Georgina at the age of 8. What she loved most about growing up in Georgina was the luxury of being so close to Lake Simcoe and the development of beautiful homes in the area always caught her eye. Nicole began working in customer service at the age of 15 and was a Server at the Briars Resort in Jackson's Point for many Years. Nicole has great Knowledge of York Region and she can't wait to show it off!
Nicole finished high school in the small town where she grew up and immediately knew there was more out there for her! She went to Seneca College where she obtained a diploma in Travel and Tourism/Flight Services. Nicole is very proud of this accomplishment because despite the pressures of going to university after high school she knew it wasn't the path she wanted to take and followed her heart.
Nicole started her career as a Flight Attendant in 2017 with Air Canada Express. She never took a single moment for granted and travelled in her free time whenever she could, exploring over 30 countries!! Nicole was promoted to In-charge Flight Attendant in 2018, embracing her new leadership role successfully. Many challenges came with that career but that's what she loved most, the ever changing lifestyle and the challenge of it.
Nicole always knew she wanted to eventually put down roots in York Region so naturally her next move was to pursue her curiosity and passion in the Real Estate Industry! Although she's just starting her career in real estate, she has the excitement needed to thrive. What we love about Nicole is her willingness to learn and grow. She has taken many steps to set herself up for success and will do whatever it takes to ensure you're taken care of during the biggest transaction of your life. No questions will go unanswered!

Hilary was born in Etobicoke and has been living in York Region since the age of three. She began her job history working at her local Karate dojo as a sensei. In the 13 years of training and teaching martial arts, she’s applied the principles of integrity, respect, responsibility, perseverance and modesty to every aspect of her professional and personal life.
Throughout her education, she’s received her French Immersion Diploma and has attended Georgian College for the Bachelor of Human Services (Police Studies) program where she studied law, psychology & communications and is on track to becoming a licensed REALTOR®.
As well as her education, she has over 10 years of administrative job experience and has worked in the Real Estate field for over 5 years. She easily builds and sustains positive rapport with colleagues and clients and has the ability to communicate fluently in both English and French. She is a meticulously detail-oriented person that excels in high-pressure environments that call for quick thinking, sound judgement and rapid response.
